Green mangoes cooked with herbs and spices to into a spicy sauce

Serves: 4-6 Servings
  • 2 Mangos (firm and green), peeled and fleshy part cut from the seed
  • 2 wiri wiri peppers or similar hot chili pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • I small onion diced
  • 4-6 cloves of garlic chopped
  • ½ teaspoon of roasted ground cumin or geera
  • ¼ cup of water
  1. Add all the ingredients to the instant pot, then mix together
  2. Seal up the instant pot and pressure cook on high for 10 minutes
  3. Next once the Instant Pot has completed its cycle release the steam
  4. Then using a fork, crush the mango flesh, garlic, pepper and onions, then mix together well
  5. Allow to cool completely then enjoy with your favorite snacks
