Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Saucy Lips Foods' Tangy Mango Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Avocado Oil
  • 2 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon dried chives may use fresh chives
  • 2 cloves garlic grated
  • 1-2 medjool dates pitted; finely chopped
  • black pepper freshly cracked
  • salt

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a container with a lid, such as a mason jar
  • Shake well until combined then pour over your favorite salads

Notes

You may also pulse the ingredients in a food processor or use an immersion blender for a smoother dressing.
This vinaigrette works really well with seafood especially grilled shrimp or grilled salmon!
