Pepper sauce is a spicy condiment made with hot chili peppers. In Guyana it is typically made with wiri wiri peppers, however I am making mine with scotch bonnet peppers as that is a pepper more readily available to me.

Ingredients
2cupsof pepperswashed and stems removed
3/4cupof white vinegar
1/4cupof yellow mustard
1teaspoonof salt
Instructions
Add all of your ingredients to a blender and puree until a smooth sauce forms
Pour into a clean sterilized air tight container, preferably a glass container
You may store in the refrigerator to prevent mould and bacteria from growing over time
Always use a clean utensil to take pepper sauce from the jar.
