Ingredients

  • 1 green plantain
  • 3 cups canola oil for frying
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  • Peel plantain and slice into thin circular pieces.
  • In a frying pan heat oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Add plantain slices to oil and cook for about 1 minute or until golden.
  • Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel. Add salt to taste.
